Sweet lace trim blouse by Regina Porter is from around the 1980's. It has a removable neck/bowtie. I would call the color mint with antique white lace trim on the collar and tie. Hidden button closure. Button cuffs. The silky semi sheer fabric is 100% polyester. Machine wash. Size 4. It measures 23" long. 15 1/2" across the top of the shoulders. 22 1/2" sleeves. Laying flat seam to seam it's 18 1/2" across under the arms, 17 1/4" at the waist, 19" at the hem. Excellent condition. I ship same or next business day.
